Where is the Event Space located?

We are located in Olde Towne Portsmouth, VA right off High Street. Our address is 465 Dinwiddie Street, Portsmouth, VA 23704

Does Bee Real Event Space provide catering services?

No. We do not provide in house catering but we do have our Vendor List which has licensed and insured catering companies that we recommend.

Is parking available at Bee Real Event Space?

Yes there is! We are located in a Downtown area which has plenty of On-Street parking. We are also conveniently located one city block away from Middle Street Parking Garage which we always recommend our guest.

What hours are available for venue rental?

We offer 6 Hour flat rate & 12 Hour flat rate (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). We also offer hourly rates during the Weekdays (Monday - Thursday) with a 2 Hour minimum

Can I bring my own food & drinks?

Yes, we are an open vendor event space. All Licensed and Insured vendors are welcome! All vendors must provide Bee Real Event Space with their credentials 30 days before event date.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes, bringing your own alcohol is allowed however you MUST provide a “Banquet License” from: https://www.abc.virginia.gov.

If you choose to hire a Bartender, they must be Licensed and Insured and must provide Bee Real Event Space with their credentials 30 days before event date.

Do you provide chairs & tables with the venue rental?

Yes, we have different options of tables and chairs. Ask about them when booking!

Is music provided?

Included in the PREMIER PACKAGE & DELUXE PACKAGE is one bluetooth compatible sound system. You can also hire a Dj for entertainment if you desire. Ask us about our preferred vendors!

Do I have to pay a deposit or is the total rental amount due at booking?

We require a 50% date retainer fee to secure your date and your balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.
